with our E-Statements, it's easy!

To enroll in E-statements:

  • Log into your NetTeller account at www.unionbankvt.com

  • Once in your NetTeller select the E-Statements tab:

  • Check the box next to ‘Select to activate E-Statements’

  • Select account(s) you wish to elect for electronic statements by ‘clicking’ the adjacent box(s) under the heading enabled E-statement. When completed select Submit.

  • Confirm your E-Mail address is correct; if necessary to change your E-Mail address please do so,

  • Read and agree to the terms and conditions, check the box at the bottom that says ‘I agree to the terms and conditions’

  • Click "Submit"

  • You will be emailed a notice that you have agreed to receive an email alerting you that your monthly statement is available for viewing online.

  • To complete the enrollment process you will need to click on the highlighted link to confirm. Upon clicking this you will be returned to Union Bank’s website, where you will need to enter your NetTeller ID and pin.  The E-Statement Disclosure (with an Information message listing the accounts that will now be sent electronically) will appear.  This will complete your E-Statements enrollment.

When you receive your email alerting you that your statement is ready for viewing you may print and/or copy the document.
