Your HSA earns interest on a variable, tiered-rate schedule with interest paid on all balances. Interest earned on funds in the account is tax-free when used to pay for qualified medical expenses. Interest is earned on a daily basis on account balances of $300 or greater.
You can use your Union Bank HSA Debit MasterCard to pay for qualified health care expenses. Online Banking gives you easy account access at any time so you can track your balance and medical expenses. You can also pay your medical bills online. Check images are included with your monthly eStatements or paper statements to help you with account management.
